When I started at Del Mar, all I wanted was to learn about pastry. I learned that and so much more! My instructors saw potential in me and pushed me to be my best. I started at Corpus Christi Country Club. From there I moved to Las Vegas and then on to California restaurants, wineries, and international competitions. I’m all about learning and growing, and pastry is my passion! What is your story?
